Surroundings

Camp Oaza Lučica is in the north of Dalmatia in an ideal location near the towns of Drage, Pakoštane and the island of Murter. The camp is located near the Vrana Lake Nature Park and in the vicinity of as many as 4 national parks: Plitvice Lakes, Krka, Paklenica and Kornati. It is a place where the magic of the sea and the Adriatic coast meet with the beauties of mountains and lakes, with small towns that have preserved the traditional Mediterranean way of life until today.

The small town is located between Šibenik and Zadar along the coast, which is adorned with numerous coves and beaches, hence the name of the place (Draga means cove in Croatian). In this true oasis of tranquillity, one can fully enjoy a peaceful vacation in beautiful nature and forget about all the worries and stress of modern life.

This town has developed in a unique location between the Adriatic Sea and the freshwater Vrana Lake, and combines diverse landscapes with Mediterranean relax. The island, which is located at the entrance of the Kornati National Park, is an idyllic place that, with its location right next to the mainland, provides an easy access for visitors. The Nature Park Vrana Lake is located in Ravni Kotari, northeast of Pakoštane. The eastern shore of the lake is forested and there is the highest peak in Ravni Kotari, Kamenjak (305m). The lake is rich in fish and today is known as one of the richest fishing areas in the world.

The Krka National Park covers 60 km2 of the Krka River Basin. Karst beauty with an abundance of water unusual for the area of Dalmatia flows with its waterfalls into the Adriatic Sea near Skradin, forming a beautiful natural geographical unit, with an abundance of flora and fauna, among which there are several endemic species.
